• Tools such as EMI calculator, stamp duty calculator, and price trends
• Premium listing plans for enhanced visibility

We are a marketplace and not a party to any real estate transaction. All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers/agents.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Property Listings

• Listings must contain accurate and truthful information about the property
• You must have the right to sell or rent the property being listed
• Fake, misleading, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies
• Photos must be of the actual property being listed

5. Premium Plans & Payments

• Premium (Featured/Premium) plans provide enhanced visibility for your listings
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Plan benefits are active for the specified duration (typically 30 days)
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused plan periods

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam users with unsolicited messages

7. Disclaimer

plotsandflats.com provides listing information "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, price, or property detail. Users should independently verify all property information, legal clearances, and RERA registration before making any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

plotsandflats.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any property transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for premium services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
